Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) are becoming more common in large corporates, but as a contractor you may be excluded from accessing the service at the company where you are working. EAPs provide support to employees who are dealing with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health, and wellbeing. EAP services include assessment, short-term counselling and referral services for both employees and their family members.
Now Highveld makes an EAP helpline available to all our employees, offering: Counselling – face to face, three sessions per incident
Dietician consultation – telephonic or face to face, two sessions per incident
Biokineticist consultation – telephonic or face to face, two sessions per incident
Legal and financial aid – telephonic only, two sessions per incident
